I don’t know about you, but I like to find occasions to celebrate. My son was participating in his high school pops concert, and we like to have a little celebration after the concert. I always seem to have the ingredients for this cake and it is simple and quick to make. I put it in the oven to bake and, unfortunately, tortured my piano students with the smell of warm chocolate cake. My son decided that he needed to celebrate a little early when he saw that I cut a piece for the picture (he wanted to test the cake for quality purposes.)

Ingredients:
| 1 devils food cake mix | 1 small chocolate instant pudding mix |
| 3 eggs | 1/4 cup vegetable oil |
| 1 3/4 cup of milk | 1 cup of chocolate chips |
Directions:
Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your Bundt cake pan with a non-stick cooking spray such as Pam. Make sure that you get all of the surface area of the pan. Mix all of your ingredients together, except the chocolate chips. Once the batter is thoroughly mixed then stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared Bundt cake pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cake cool before turning onto your cake platter.
This cake can certainly stand alone without icing but, it is your sweet-tooth so you decide. I personally like it plain with some vanilla ice cream.
Life is too short, so make up a reason to celebrate and eat some yummy chocolate cake. Enjoy!
